Found w/680M4, XP, SRB 1.0.2 when closing Issue 77897

Open the attached bug doc in that issue - open the report in edit mode.
Change the Command type to Query and enter abc for the query name.
Save the report and try to execute it.
The error report says 'There exists no table named "abc".' which is incorrect
and inconsistent with how other command types are handled. It should say 'There
exists no query named "abc".'

Command type Table error is 'There exists no table named "abc".'
Command type SQL Command error is 'Table not found in statement [SELECT * FROM
"abc" WHERE 0 = 1]'
