In "Base", I made a query using the SQL function MONTHNAME(Date).

The result is correct for an english user of openoffice (January, ..., December)
but not for a french user.

In french, we should have: janvier, février, mars, avril, mai, juin, juillet,
août, septembre, octobre, novembre, décembre.

I guess, but I can't test it, that the same problem exists with the other
localised version of open office (german, ...)
