To reproduce this do the following - precisely

Download the attached bug doc - save it into a trusted location for macro
security.
Open the bug doc
You will find two forms 'Introduction' and 'Calls'
Select the form 'Introduction', wait for it to display in the 'Document preview
window'.
Now quickly double click the form 'Calls'
The form opens but the macro assigned to the button does not work.
Close the form
This time select the form 'Calls' and wait for it to display in the 'Document
preview window', now double click it.
It opens and the macro will run.

Tested this with a few other odb files when I realized what was going on and
they all act the same using build m_10. The setting for document preview is
actually irrelevant to this, you can set it to none and you still need to pause
for a second or two after selecting a form to open for the assigned macros to be
active.
