------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Apr 15 23:05:48 +0000 2008 ------- I reported this bug for OOo 2.4 (Issue 87676), but I see the problem remains in OOo-dev DEV300 m7, and in the Issue list is reported as unconfirmed and even unassigned: 1) In OOo DEV300 m7 (and this was also in OOo 2.4 Base and previous OOo DEV300 m3, m5), if you paste a copied text in a text box of a data entry form, the pasted text repeats twice in the same box (and in the corresponding field) when the new record is saved. This problem does not happen when you enter the same text directly, without copying and pasting. I did not have this problem in OOo 2.3.1 (working with the same SQLite3 ODBC database and MS Vista Home, in pc and laptop). 2) I have attached a copy of the SQLite3 database and the corresponding .odb database, where the problem happens (see Issue 87676): if you paste a copied text in the text box of the form Notes_ProofDB_SQLite3_00001, after saving the record this text appears three times (in the box and in the corresponding field of the database table). 3) This is a very nasty bug, because it often happens that you do need to paste text in your entry forms, but, if you do that, your records become corrupted. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
