The problem seems to be the same as using OOo 2.4 or OOo 2.3.
The duration of creating relationship modell takes in my case
(~2000 tables in one database) also roundabout 2 min.
A workaround is to filter user. In this case (~500 tables) the duration goes
down to 50 secs.
