Therefore I tried to confirm your issue via JDBC. I used a table with VAT datas having foreign key to a country table. These tables are not created by Base. I can to open the VAT table immediately without error messages. Also I'm able to insert new rows. If I tried to insert a row without having corresponding data in country table a referential integrity break was shown. Maybe it's a little hint to use a JDBC connection.
