can reproduce in DEV300m12, but not in CWS dba30c, which is based on m12.
Conclusion: The bug is fixed in this CWS.
While I do not know exactly what other fix caused this bug to disappear, I'll
add this issue here to the CWS (which is currently in QA), this way ensuring QA
will have a look at and verify the issue.
