The problem was easily reproducable using 2.3.1 / XP
It does not occur using 2.4.1 RC2 / XP - the date when editing the report
layout is inaccurate, but when the report is run the date is correct.
Given this and the fact that the reporting has not responded I resolving this
as WORKSFORME
@thomaskrumbein if you are still having the problem under Vista with the
current release you may reopen the issue.
