ooobasis3.0-core04 currently depends on ooobasis3.0-base because libdbaxml is
newly linked against libdbu:

libdbuli.so => /opt/openoffice.org/basis3.0/program/./libdbuli.so

It means that ooobasis3.0-base is not longer optional. The current "habd-made"
dependencies between the rpms are broken.
One solution would be to move libdbu to ooobasis3.0-core04 which is ugly. It is
a huge module and it would be nice to keep it optional.
