- open the attached bug doc
- double-click the contained report to execute it
=> the generated report opens. In the chart which is in the report header, all
data points have a value of "0", which is incorrect.
If you open the report in design, so it shows the first 10 records in the chart,
you see that the proper value is "1". Also, if you open the query which the
chart is based on ("distribution"), you see that actually *all* data points have
a value of either 1 or 2, but never 0.
