It's quite difficult now to reproduce, also since the easy ways of crashing Base have gone :). I'd propose setting this issue to sleep - myself I don't have the time at the moment to try to work out exactly what happens. Most probably its gone anyways by the fixing of the general crash-recovery issue anyways.
