fs->mav: It seems that the ZIP package implementation is not capable of dealing
with non-ASCII characters. Is this true? Am I correct in assuming that this is
a limitation of our implementation only (Given that the command-line ZIP is well
able to add a file named "Ä" to an .odb file.)? Is it possible, with reasonable
effort, to fix the package implementation?
