Ah, back to FIXED ...
While I was about to write my findings here, I realized where the real problem
lies, and I was able to fix it.
There was a wild mix of code which recognized only a MediaDescriptor.URL or a
MediaDescriptor.FileName, with code which put only one of the both into the
MediaDescriptor when loading a document. Fixed in CWS dba31e.
