On page 2 of the Copy Table Wizard ("Apply Columns"), select a field in the left
box and then add it to the right one by clicking the ">" button. You will then
find that the first field in the left box is automatically selected. I think it
would be desirable to instead have the field right after the one just added to
the right box selected (or, if it was the last item in the left list, the new
last one). 
(Cf. the behavior of page 1 of the New Query wizard)
