May be this isn't even an enhancement, I think that the user has to enter the
correct date and that no magic should happen. The case that the user enters a
date value directly into a field is near zero. Most of the time the values will
be fetched from the database. So I'll close this issue. Feel free if I'm wrong
to reopen it.
