fs->ab: That's a side effect of your resource resolver implementation: When
certain properties are set at an UnoControl, where the first character is an
ampersand, then the UnoControl unconditionally asks its model for the
ResourceResolver property, which does not exist for form controls ...
I'm going to fix that to make the complete string substitution mechanism
dependent on the existence of the model's ResourceResolver property.
