Hi Frank,
The string is located in dbaccess/source/ui/querydesign.po
#: query.src#STR_QUERY_SAVEMODIFIED.string.text
msgid ""
"The $object$ has been changed.\n"
"Do you want to save the changes?"

The $object$ variable is applied to 'table view', 'query'
or 'SQL statement' where the article is not the same for each of those words in
some languages.
