To reproduce:

Open two odb files (one of which must have a query def)
drag and drop a query definition from one file to the other (or copy / paste)
The query name is not copied - the default naming scheme of Query(x)is invoked 
instead for the about to be inserted query def.

Actually I'm not sure the insert object dialog should be displayed here at all -
 but either way it should get the name from the object being inserted, IMO.
