tested w/ OOO310m_14, Ubuntu (9.04 64bit)

To reproduce:

Open a base file using the MySQL Native Connector.

Open a query deisgn window in SQL view and set Escape Processing off. (this last
step is only needed for the example w/o from clause- it doesn't change the
results)

Enter this command:
select truncate( 1.1230, 0) as 't_0', truncate( 1.1230, 1) as 't_1', truncate(
1.1230, 2) as 't_2', truncate( 1.1230, 3) as 't_3'

the rusults will be:
1.00 ( should be 1 )
1.1 ( OK )
1.12 ( OK )
1.12 ( should be 1.123 )

Change the connection type to MySQL(JDBC) or use an embedded database and the
results will be:
1
1.1
1.12
1.123
