This feature (ability to rename a view) depends on the database engine Base is
connected to.

In the case of an Base embedded database this is HSQLdb version 1.8. This
particular engine does not support renaming of views. Base therefore does not
display such an option on the context menu.

When connected to a database that does support it - say MySQL via the native
connector - the context menu rename is displayed for views. [heck it even works
in the beta release :>) ]

So ".. all the objects that can be renamed should have an interface for it.", is
the case curently.

Setting as a general issue I would say this is INVALID
A specifc case of a databse engine that supports it, is connected to from Base,
and the menu is not displayed would be a different situation.
