The checks in OOo's configure just are wrong.
seamonkey doesn't require libIDL <=0.6.8 when using moz toolkit. seamonkey
doesn't require gtk1 when using moz toolkit.
the changes introduced with issue 95339 are either obsolete or did never ever
apply/were only because of broken packages in fink/macports.
