Well, the unixODBC headers inside the vanilla build don't have a SQLLEN so the
current code is consistent against those, so its fairer to handle this as 64bit
porting thing.
We basically need to update those headers to a newer unixODBC which has SQLLEN
in them and then magic back in a suitable #define to set SIZEOF_LONG_INT and
make then make the appropriate changes as above to sort this out I guess. I can
do this next week or so.
