fs->oj: Please take care for this one.
The com.sun.star.report.pentaho.output.ImageProducer is currently not able to
handle relative URLs. What we should do is
- pass the .odb's URL (as "ImageBaseURL" or something like that) to the report
engine
- let the ImageProducer use this ImageBaseURL and the given (possibly) relative
URL (in method produceFromString) to assemble an absolute URL
