The fields in left side bounded to the same varchar_ignorecase type field, and in right side controls to the same varchar field. Two-two control to the same field. If you enter data into text fields (lower row controls), that case all numbers stored in table. If you enter numbers into formatted fields(upper row controls), the data not inserted into table. I found it when tested issue 101135.
