not reproducible with OOo 3.1 on Mac OSX 10.4 PPC, neither when the share is
connected via finder → Go to → Connect with server nor by browsing the "Network"
location.

If you can still reproduce in a current version, please give more details on how
you did connect with the share, how you did actually save/create the database,
what databaser you're actually using, basically a step-by-step instruction from
the very start to reproduce the problem.
