maybe I was unclear. I'm aware that this is targeted for 3.2
As Mac/PPC is not built by Sun anyway, and this issue is strictly related to
Mac/PPC and nothing else, I don't think it is justified to delay the release of
other operating systems.
With "respin of OOo 3.1.1rc2" I meant use the 3.1.1rc2 sources and "manually"
apply the patch, even when not in the official 3.1.1 sources.
Qatrack shows that only ja an fr teams did work on QA for Mac/PPC cc-ing them.

japanese community did find the freeze with the table wizard, but did approve
nevertheless. french is inQA, not sure about status is here.
Other groups are either not using QAtrack or did not start tests yet, so I think
it is worth to have a build with the fix available.
