This was reported by a user w/ OO.o 3.0 and Vista
Confirmed with OO.o 3.1.1 (final) and XP

Create a Base file with a space in the name "New Database.odb" works.
Now close this file.
Open the Base wizard again and select "Open existing database file" and pull
down the list of files. The "New Database.odb" is displayed as
"New%20Database.odb".

The display of registered database names in the beamer is correct.
