------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sat Sep 26 14:33:03 +0000 2009 ------- This problem has appeared only since V3.1.0 and continues on V3.1.1. Windows users who launch their HSQL database forms from a desktop shortcut (so that the Base UI does not load) also require a way to close the database completely, so that a lock file does not remain and the soffice processes are closed (btw I also have the quickstarter turned off due to problems it has caused me in the past). The only method I know of to achieve this has been to use a macro which uses a windows shell command to call a macro which uses the stardesktop.terminate command (see this post for a reason why this method is required... http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=75769 ) Since V3.1 the command no longer terminates soffice completely, leaving a lock file on the database and the soffice.bin and soffice.exe processes in task manager. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
