The error does not occur under Linux (OpenSUSE 11.1) but does under Win 7. Have
not tried w/ XP. This is using the 10-28-2009 build from qa-upload.

Open any HSQLdb19 Base file.
Open the SQL window
Enter the command
CREATE TEXT TABLE TXT_TEST (ID INTEGER PRIMARY KEY, DATA VARCHAR(1000) )
execute the command - good

Enter the command
SET TABLE TXT_TEST SOURCE "test"
execute the command
GENERAL ERROR 0
