I tried with OOO320_m6, OOo 3.1.1 on winxp, with JDBC 5.1.7 connected to mySQL
5.1.30 as localhost.
I can confirm with all integer types with UNSIGNED options, used for any field.
If I created table without unsigned option the table was created.
If I tried with native driver unsigned options can not be selected.
