Click to different fields, and check the Formatting... property values shown in edit window. If you click on date type connected field shows: current date in format YYYY.MM.DD time: current time in format HH:MM:SS boolean: TRUE number: 1234,57 And what is wrong and misleading the text: 1234,57 You can not differentiate between number and text formatting for first look. Needs some dummy text to insert here. If you open formatting dialog box, you can check it. If a field formatted wrongly the report, results in reports will be different. If you use functions like IF compare two integer values and result is a text, if field formatted to number it will show 0 or 1, not the desired text value.
