I can confirm it, on linux (i386). (Not checked on other system)
Go back to step 4., and forward to final step, change query name, the button is
active, but can not save query. Wizard hangs, you can close with Cancel button.
Same with OOo 3.1.1.
If you follow the query wizard and use query name suggested by wizard, query
created.
