I can confirm this.
- select 2 records in the table view
- copy these 2 records with CTRL+C
- select a table in the main database windows with the same structure
- select paste from the context menu of the table
- finish the wizard
==>> not only the selected records are pasted but all records of the table.
tested with OOO320_m8 and hsql database
