@matayoshi It is still possible to create these dBase files using the 'Connect
to exisiting database' function in the Base wizard
-but-
there is a difference of course. Only this no-java, wizard default AFAIK will
allow you to create the odb file with out an existing directory name -
substituting the name of the odb file for the directory and then creating it as
needed.
