Ouch!
On the machine where I did this, there existed a file $TMP/.~lock.names.odt#.
Upon saving the form, the wizard attempts to store it to $TMP/names.odt, which
failed, since the document could not create its lock file. This failure was
propagated through various layers, where some information got lost. The wizard
itself caught the exception, but failed to handle it in any way ...
Sigh. This wizard code is such a mess, I am not sure it is worth filing an issue
for the error handling in this particular case, this needs to be addressed in
general.
Closing this one here as INVALID.
