Hi - if I understand the scenario here: A run of letters that will have a
common, yet merged, sender address and individual recipient address - yes?

If I'm not mistaken then you can do this already - assuming - you are using a
data source supporting queries capable of joining tables. In other words you
need to prep your data before you perform the merge.

Which doesn't mean that it can't be done more easily from the perspective of the
mail merge task.

Is it possible for you to supply (attach) a small representative database and
letter template, with a quick set of steps that you use for this?
