I got your point now.
Open a Rich Text table, or HTML table
Select the table in Writer
Select New -> Database
In Tables: Paste (or Paste Special; it happens for either option)
Step 1: Default Options, check "Create primary key"
Step 2: Select all columns
Step 3: Next
=> See that the column ID is in the list
Step 4: Do nothing, choose "Back" until you return to Step 1.
Step 5: repeat until step 3
=> The ID column is gone.
