NOT Reproducible with "Ooo-Dev 3.3.0 multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[DEV300m74 (Build 9487)]"! Opening ma_cons_hold.xls using OOo file dialog works
fine.
This is some pseudo html xls document, issue is a DUP.
