Sorry, but as this bug deletes data in a database without any form of warning,
it should be of the highest priority. And there's nothing in the "entering and
modifying issues" document which implies that a user can't assign a non-default
priority.

Reading that document a bit closer I see that it should really be P2 "User data
is corrupted in an easy-to-encounter way"
