Yes, thanks. That is an effective workaround, and actually, I discovered a
similar workaround before I went to the trouble of reporting the bug.
Unfortunately, my spreadsheets are generated automatically and downloaded from
a website, so the extra step of having to delete additional copies of the
header row is inconvenient.
I still think it is a bug, because the need to remove the extra header rows
represents a regression between 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.
