OOo does not show SQL error in filtered form.

Found in OOO 3.2 and OOO320m16 .

Steps to reproduce:
- Open attached odb document with OOO320m16 .
- Edit the form Tabella1
- Change the filter with a wrong command: Es: ( "FooBar" LIKE 'P' )
- Push the button 'Design Mode on/off'
- Bug: OOo does not show SQL error and the navigation bar is blocked
- Test the same with OOo 3.1.1.

Thank you.
