Since the upgrade the data in a number of form fields is no longer visible. The data is still present in the source table. On examination of the source table it appears that the non-visible fields in the form are all those listed with a format code of 0 in the format example field. If the lookup tab, marked ... next to the format field, is pressed the default format is shown as @. However it is not possible to transfer the @ symbol into the format field example section.
