Maybe you opened this file on Arch linux, which updated HSQLDB 1.8.1.2 for a
short period of time in June this year, later they set back to 1.8.0.10.

Rename odb to zip, open /database/properties file in text editor and set back
version=1.8.1 to version=1.8.0
