this is perfectly valid, but i still don't like it:
the report builder seems to write into meta.xml the same generator string that
OOo itself writes.

i would prefer if it would write a slightly different string that does indicate
that it is the Report Builder extension that wrote the document, because the
Report Builder uses its own code to write these and not xmloff.
otherwise i'm afraid the Writer team will waste effort investigating ODF text
documents that aren't even written by Writer itself.
(i think the same reasoning holds for Spreadsheet documents.)
