fs->oj: OSingleSelectQueryComposer::setANDCriteria wrongly evaluates the
test_for_null rule. Effectively, when you do a setStructuredFilter at the
SingleSelectQeryComposer, with a condition having the
SQLFilterOperator.NOT_SQLNULL, and then retrieve the filter using
getStructuredFilter, then the condition suddenly has the
SQLFilterOperator.SQLNULL.
