The OOo 3.2.x version has several bugs in query, which was solved during
development of OOo 3.3.
I tested your file with OOo 3.3.RC2 and can change "Number" values.
I set it as worksforme, if you can reproduce it in OOo 3.3 feel free to reopen
it.
