Description
As already specified in
http://dba.openoffice.org/specifications/Wizard_Table.sxw
the third page of the tablewizard, where the primary key(s) settings
are made now two AutoValue CheckBoxes are offered. When the primary
key is to be added automaitcally the user has the possibility to
assign autoincrementation - if supported by the database.
