Certain form controls, namely radio buttons, check boxes, push
buttons, and fixed texts, now support a property "Vert. Alignment",
which controls the vertical alignment of the text on the control.
Pretty similar to the normal "Alignment" property which controls the
horizontal alignment, the options are "Default", "Top", "Middle",
"Bottom", where "Default" effectively maps to one of the other three,
depending on the concrete control type.
