I'll assume you are using the 2.0 binaries I built... Sorry I still haven't had the time to work through the compile issues for the latest postgres/dbd-pg (8.3.1/2.7.2 respectively). Won't have the time to get back to that 'til the end of the month. That being said however, 2.0.0 is still working fine for me ;)
I do recall some issues on win2k3 with the 1.x series. I'm not surprised that they're still there.
