I'll assume you are using the 2.0 binaries I built...

Sorry I still haven't had the time to work through the compile issues
for the latest postgres/dbd-pg (8.3.1/2.7.2 respectively). Won't have
the time to get back to that 'til the end of the month. That being said
however, 2.0.0 is still working fine for me ;)

I do recall some issues on win2k3 with the 1.x series. I'm not surprised
that they're still there. However, I've grown quite fond of Strawberry
Perl in recent days and you might just want to try giving that a shot on
win2k3 instead of ActiveState and see how that treats you.
