I've tried a fresh install of AIX with fresh installs of all the above but it just wont play ball. The results of make test is below; > # gmake test > PGINITDB="/usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb" PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 ... > # Error was: Previous failure (Failed to run initdb (executable probably > not available) Final call was: initdb) Looks like it is trying to call a raw initdb, not the path above. Perhaps try copying initdb to a standard path (e.g. /usr/local/bin), removing the README.testdatabase file, and trying it again to see if a different error pops up.
